About Hello Fay

Smooth skin shouldn't be complicated. Yet for most of us, the routine is anything but — razor bumps, ingrown hairs, sticky waxing sessions, irritation that lasts longer than the smoothness itself. We thought there had to be a better way. That's why Hello Fay exists.

Our story

We started Hello Fay with one simple goal: to bring an effective, easy-to-use hair removal cream to women who are tired of the inconvenience and discomfort of shaving and waxing. After researching what's already on the market — and what's missing — we focused on a single product, done well. No 12-product lineup, no constant promotions, no overwhelming choices. Just one hair removal cream that does its job.

Our approach

We operate as a direct-ship brand. Our products are stored at our supplier's fulfillment center in the People's Republic of China and shipped directly to our customers in the United States. This model allows us to offer a quality cosmetic product at an accessible price point — without the overhead of a traditional retail supply chain.

Safety first

Hair removal creams are powerful — they work by dissolving the protein structure of hair. That's also why they require a little respect. We're committed to clear, honest safety information:

- We require every customer to perform a patch test 24 hours before full use
- We provide detailed instructions on the packaging and on our website
- We comply with the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), the federal framework governing cosmetic products in the United States
- We maintain records of adverse events and report serious events to the FDA as required by law
